Clear Proof® Blemish Control Toner

The Clear Proof^® Blemish Control Toner is the second step in the Clear Proof^® Acne System. Formulated with 2% salicylic acid, it:

• Tones without overdrying.
• Cleanses skin completely and helps control shine.
• Helps exfoliate dead surface skin cells and helps keep pores clean.
• Helps diminish the appearance of pores.
• Helps remove excess oil.
• Helps alleviate pimples and whiteheads.
• Does not irritate skin.
• Leaves skin feeling soft and supple.
• It also is fragrance-free, non-comedogenic and clinically tested for skin allergy.

 

Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying the toner. Using a cotton ball,cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a physician.

Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Using other topical acne products at the same time or immediately following use of this product may increase dryness or irritation of the skin. If this occurs, only one product should be used unless directed by a physician. Discontinue use if excessive skin irritation develops or increases. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children.

Salicylic acid acts like an exfoliant to promote the easy removal of dead skin cells. As such, it helps keep pores unclogged and reduces the build-up of P. acnes bacteria.

Blemish Control Toner works best as part of the Clear Proof^® Acne System, which uses salicylic acid to attack multiple factors that can contribute to acne breakouts. The system has been shown effective on teens and adults, males and females, and different ethnicities from coast to coast.
