  1. Shake until blended.
  2. Apply a small amount to cotton ball or pad.
  3. Gently wipe away all traces of eye makeup.
The oil-free formula works in two phases:
  • The top phase features a special blend of skin conditioning emollients to work effectively as a waterproof eye makeup remover.
  • The bottom phase combines purified water and a mild surfactant to remove non waterproof (water-soluble) eye makeup.
When both phases are combined, they provide powerhouse removal. Shake the bottle well before using for the best results.
